Fried meatballs with tomato sauce
Hearty, simple dish with an aromatic sauce.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Shallots

    2 piece

  • Greens

    6 Tbsp

  • Butter

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Broth

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

For sauce :heat butter in a pan and add the finely chopped shallots 1 PC Fry on slow fire until transparent.

Add the pureed tomatoes or finely chopped fresh. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add finely chopped fresh herbs 1 tablespoon and simmer on medium heat for 7 minutes.

Pour in the sauce and broth, add the sugar and balsamic vinegar. Прокипятить2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat, cool. Punching blender until smooth.

In the mince add the finely chopped shallot onion, a clove of garlic and herbs. Thoroughly mix all, add salt and pepper to taste.
