Cottage cheese-a yeast cake
What could be better - a Cup of coffee, amazingly tender, fresh, melt in your mouth piece of the pie and the anticipation of the bright day which will be full of pleasant meetings and surprises! Pie of cheese and dough, extremely tender, just magical, a crunchy sugar crust. It could be said that it is "Butterkuchen" or oil cake, but because of the composition of the test it is not so, so just pie "sugar".

    600 g

  • Butter

    230 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 pack

I, as always, used the bread machine for kneading the dough. If you do manually, then warm the milk, melt the butter. In a bowl sift the flour, add the yeast, pour the milk, butter, add to the dough eggs, 75 g sugar, cheese and lemon zest. Knead the dough until it is easy to fall from the walls of dishes. Cover the dough and leave to come for 1 hour.

Pan (large) brush with oil and place it on the parchment. With your hands spread the dough over the entire area.

Fingers in the dough make small holes. Cover with towel and let stand for another 20 minutes.

The oven warmed to 200 degrees. Butter, frozen top I rubbed on a large grater and distributed over the layer of dough.

The remaining sugar mixed with vanilla sugar and evenly poured into the oil.

Bake in the oven on a medium heat until Golden brown. The cake cooled in the pan, then cut into pieces.
