Autumn.... falling leaves... and beautiful And sad at the same time. That this state has inspired me the idea of these tarts. For the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Cooking
Puff pastry roll out (a bit) and using a real leaf or stencil, cut out the figures of the leaves.
Stepping back from the edge of the plate, with a knife make cuts (but not through). Lubricates the edge of the yolk.
Spread leaves on a baking sheet and bake at temperature of 180 gr.
While the leaves are hot, remove the middle.
Now prepare the filling. Whisk the cream, adding a little food coloring to our cream matched the colour of autumn leaves.
Grate cheese and add to the whipped cream.
Chopped nuts and onions also add to the cream. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Gently mix everything together and chill for one hour.
Chilled cream filled tarts – leaves.
Decorate with grated nuts and sprigs of parsley.
Thus, we get mouth-watering cakes, which will decorate the table, and the stomach will be pleased!
