Potato and fish meatballs
Rich and soft meatballs in a crispy breading.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Fish fillets

    200 g

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Cracker

    3 piece

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Clear fresh potatoes, grate on a fine grater.

Add fish fillets (crushed with a meat grinder or knife).

Add the flour, salt, nutmeg, black pepper.

Add herbs to taste and stir until smooth. For spice you can add red pepper.

Grind crackers in a blender to form the meatballs and roll them in the crumbs. Fry in sunflower oil until crisp. Apply warm meatballs to the table.
