Pork with vegetables in a creamy sauce
Another very quick and easy to prepare recipe. It's very tasty, with a delicious smell, rich dish which can be cooked for lunch and for dinner. The meat turns out very juicy!!!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Leeks

    150 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Green beans

    800 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • A mixture of spices

    1.5 tsp

Cooking

Cut the meat into pieces.

The meat pour the lemon juice, soy sauce. Pepper and season with herbs, add the ground ginger and squeezed through a garlic press. Stir and leave to marinate for a couple of hours.

Carrots wash, peel and cut into strips. Onion cut into half rings.

In a pan heat oil and put the marinated meat and simmer for 10-15 minutes under the lid. Add salt ( to taste).

Then add green beans, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Add the onions, carrots and simmer stirring constantly for about 20 minutes.

Until the meat with vegetables to stew, cream mixed with cream cheese.

Pour the meat and vegetable sauce. Mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
