Take the pumpkin out of it and to cut out 2 rectangles or squares, I got about 10 to 15 cm. Clean the skin and inside.
And begin to hollow out, like an Indian canoe! This process gave the name. It turns a sort of Golden little wedge with a notch. The walls try not to demolish, but to make thin. What pick out to be saved, we need it.

Fill the pumpkins. It took me half of the stuffing. So count or 4 pumps, or like me - another dish :)
Cover and simmer until cooked pumpkin, another 15-20 minutes
Get disclosed, sprinkle with cheese and paprika, quickly bake to melt cheese.
