Pea soup with cheese
Pea soup is a favorite in our family, as well as the cheese soup. So I decided to combine them. Daughters very much, and for me, they are the main critics. Now feel confident sharing the recipe with you.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    3 l

  • Peas

    100 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Salt

Cooking

Peas rinse and soak in cold water and leave to swell. I soaked overnight.

In a heated broth of peas,cook on low heat for 10 -15 minutes.

Peel the potatoes,cut into cubes,add to broth.

Carrots to clear,chop or grate,put in the soup. Cook until tender peas.

Grate cheese,add to soup and mix well,add salt. All.The soup is ready.
