Chicken thighs covered with seasoning from the company Forester. Grill chicken seasoning contains sea salt, paprika, dried garlic, ginger, sugar, coriander, cumin, pink pepper, allspice, black pepper, cinnamon, cardamom. You can also salt the skewers to taste, sea salt if not enough.
Cloves of garlic peel and cut into several pieces, add to the meat.
Pour meat olive oil. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours.
The sauce will cook on the basis of the carrots. Take a half-baked carrots, RUB on a small grater.
In a pan pour the carrots and pour in the white wine, simmer until the liquid evaporates.
Then add the seasoning Forester and sour cream. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
Remove the sauce from the pan into a bowl and add the chopped garlic. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Hot sauce with hints of wine ready for the barbecue!
Skewers from the company Forester is very durable and not bend after stringing meat. There is a convenient handle screw, which allows to reliably fix a skewer into the grooves of the grill and does not allow the skewer to scroll.
Chicken thighs, remove from marinade, thread on skewers.
Kebab fry until cooked over hot coals.
