Rice with meatballs
Fragrant rice and meatballs - a quick and hearty dinner for a large family! Served in a cauldron and enjoy the satisfied faces of his household :)

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Coriander

    1.5 cup

  • Broth

    3 cup

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

This is the rice that I used.

For meatballs folded the stuffing into a bowl (the meat take on its own, I have the Turkey), add cinnamon and coriander, mix well. You can salt to taste.

Blind small meatballs the size of a walnut. Set aside.

Onion and garlic finely chop. In a pot or large skillet, heat butter and vegetable oil. Fry 1 minute.

Add the rice, spices, cook stirring 2 minutes, until the rice will begin to take on a light Golden hue.

Pour the broth or water. Reduce the heat to low, and simmer until the rice is completely ready. If a little water in the brewing process to pour a little. About 2 minutes before the end add the raisins.

Meanwhile, while cooking the rice, fry the meatballs on all sides until cooked. Cooked rice by fluffing with a fork, gently mix with meatballs, sprinkle with parsley and serve!
