Cheesecake Tiramisu
Prepare today for all You Cooks, amazing recipe. The cheesecake a traditional American and Tiramisu, pure Italian dessert. Fold the two recipes together and bake a wonderful, beautiful cake! Treat!

Ingredients

  • Cookies

    150 g

  • Coffee natural

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Instant coffee

    100 ml

  • Biscuit

    100 g

  • Mascarpone

    500 g

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Cookies grind in a blender, add the melted butter and spoon of ground coffee. Mix well.

Cover the bottom of a pie form 24cm paper for cookies. Spread the prepared mixture on the paper with a spoon to flatten to the bottom.

To boil 100gr of black strong coffee. Cool. Pour into a deep plate. Savoiardi biscuits soak in coffee, dip only one side for 2 seconds.
