Very simple and quick recipe of delicious carp for those who love to cook on the grill. The fish turns out tender and, at the same time hearty.

Ingredients

The fish is cleaned of scale, gut, remove the gills and rinse thoroughly under cold running water, dry and sprinkle with lemon juice.
