Squash this year has grown a lot, and wanted to make them something interesting. I flipped through my books and found this simple recipe - salad in Korean zucchini. It turned out delicious!!!

Cooking
Zucchini peel and seeds, grate on a grater for carrots in Korean.
On the same grate three carrots.
Onions finely chop or grind in a blender. Garlic press through chesnokodavilku.
Prepared zucchini, carrots, onions and garlic, put in large dishes, the better way.
Then add salt, sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar and seasoning for carrots in Korean.

Put in sterilized banks to 0.5 liters, 20 minutes, 1 l 30 minutes after boiling.
