Korean Salad
Squash this year has grown a lot, and wanted to make them something interesting. I flipped through my books and found this simple recipe - salad in Korean zucchini. It turned out delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    3.5 kg

  • Carrots

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    0.5 kg

  • Garlic

    2 piece

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Vinegar

    100 g

  • Seasoning

    1 pack

Zucchini peel and seeds, grate on a grater for carrots in Korean.

On the same grate three carrots.

Onions finely chop or grind in a blender. Garlic press through chesnokodavilku.
