Cooking
To brew we need red and black currants, sugar, yeast, citric acid and water.
Rinse the berries, blend it in a blender or mash with the pestle.
Pour hot water, bring to the boil and leave to infuse for 2-3 hours
In infusion, add diluted yeast, sugar, citric acid
And leave to ferment for 8-10 hours, covered with a clean linen towel.
Then brew again strain. Pour into bottles, sealed corks or lids and store in the cellar or the fridge.
Very tasty, vigorous, and beautiful it turns out the brew!
