Stuffed mushrooms on the grill
Offer to cook a flavorful, juicy mushrooms, marinated in spices Forester and stuffed with meat.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

1. From mushrooms to remove the legs. Forester spice mix with oil and lemon juice. Put the mushrooms in a bag for marinating, add the seasoning, close the package and shake well. Leave the mushrooms for 30 minutes.

2. Pork mince with onions and garlic, season with salt and pepper. mix well. Fill the halves of the mushroom stuffing.
