Capelin at the stake
Capelin love in any form. This little fish is extremely tasty. On the grill it broil very quickly and eaten just instantly.

Ingredients

  • Capelin

    300 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cilantro

    0.5 coup

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Cilantro (parsley) and garlic finely chop.

Capelin my (not gutting) dry it and put it into the package. Add the cilantro, garlic, zest, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Close the package and shake lightly so all pieces covered with marinade. Put in the refrigerator overnight for marinating.

Fry not in large chunks on the grill pan Forester, gently turning with a spatula.
