Peach smoothie with blueberries
Smoothies - one of my favorite drinks. I have it ready to drink in the morning, afternoon and evening. It is with great pleasure to share with you one of my favorite recipes. This is a very tasty smoothie with a peach, blueberries and cereal. Sunny, tasty, healthy, easy, accessible, so as to make it quite suitable for fresh, frozen and canned fruit. Smoothies - the perfect Breakfast for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Peach

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Oat flakes

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Blueberries

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.25 cup

  • Oat flakes

    1 Tbsp

Prepare the required products.

Oat flakes grind in any way. I shredded in a coffee grinder. Cereal can not grind, but I do it because I love a smooth smoothie texture.

Peaches wash, peel, remove the seeds and cut into slices. In a blender place all ingredients for the peach layer.

Beat very well until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Then in a blender add all the ingredients for the blueberry layer and whisk until smooth.
