Cutlets with stuffing
Burgers stuffed with cheese with herbs. A good dish for a family dinner!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Greens

In the beef add the chopped onion and grated raw potato, add soy sauce "Kikkoman" and add the peppers, stir. If the meat juicy enough - pour a little water or milk (50-70 ml). Stir, knock the stuffing thoroughly and put into the fridge for 1 hour

From stuffing formed a small bun, make in it deepening, put 1 tsp filling. Close as pie, close up to the filling was inside the burgers
