Hot eggplant rolls stuffed with cheese and tomatoes,
On one of the Islands of Greece, recently, in a restaurant, tried here are the rolls! Very close to the original to reproduce the recipe could not, there, apparently, are subtleties, but was very-very much! Eat with sauce "Tzatziki" is a sauce based on yoghurt, grated cucumber, salt, pepper and olive oil. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

Cut thin (1-2 mm) plates eggplant and tomato! Eggplant salt and leave for 15 minutes to avoid bitterness. Rinse and squeeze.

Cheese cut into cubes.

On each plate of eggplant put a slice of tomato and a block of cheese and pepper. You can add your favorite spices.

Collapse rolls and stab with toothpicks.

Beat egg and prepare the breadcrumbs.

Each roll dipped in egg, then in breadcrumbs. Fry in the oil. Oil pretty much taken, but still it is on the fried food wasn't very good!)))
