Cooking
For cooking I used soy sauce "Kikkoman"
Grate the celery root on a grater, onion cut into arbitrary pieces
Mix the vegetables, squeezing the juice from lemons and all the spices (adjust amount of spices according to your taste, like salt)
Spread the vegetables in the pan. Pour hot water - not a lot to moisten well, no more. Simmer 15-20 minutes
