  • Soy sauce

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Celery root

    1 piece

  • Salt

    4 g

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

For cooking I used soy sauce "Kikkoman"

Grate the celery root on a grater, onion cut into arbitrary pieces

Mix the vegetables, squeezing the juice from lemons and all the spices (adjust amount of spices according to your taste, like salt)
