  • Pork

    1100 g

  • Fat

    100 g

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken fillet

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    800 g

  • Spices

  • Greens

Pork and lard to wash, grind in a meat grinder. If you add a roll - press from the milk, and also to twist. Finely chop herbs, beat the egg, add spices - all knead and whip the stuffing.

Heat the oil, form patties, dip in flour, fry on medium heat - watch carefully so as not to overcook. Cutlets are prepared quickly.

Serve with vegetables, salad or Korean carrots (my husband likes). And the most wonderful combination with the mashed potatoes (secret: if in raw potatoes before cooking add the finely chopped slice of onion - the taste of mashed potatoes to be unique!)
