Meatballs
Don't know why, but our family has always ground meat with rice called hedgehogs... I slightly adapted the recipe for myself. In General, this is what happened! Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    170 ml

  • Chicken egg

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

To start soak the oat flakes TM Mistral in the milk and leave at least half an hour to swell.

Now for the meat. The stuffing can be any, depending on your taste, but it is better, of course, that was not liquid (pure chicken can be too thin). I have minced pork and chicken. Prepare the ingredients (I do not have photos of soy sauce and mustard)

Add all the stuffing, grate on a fine grater onion and garlic, mix thoroughly.

Add the remaining oat cereals of TM Mistral

All carefully mix and leave for 2 hours, and preferably overnight.

Initially wanted to do cakes, but this morning decided I will make our favorite hedgehogs ))) Boiled rice TM Mistral Kuban white round (unfortunately no photos, because all grains are stored in glass) and added to the mince.

Mix everything together and form with wet hands round balls of medium size, although it can be a little to stick ))) Put in a large pan, cover with a lid, fry in small amount of oil, medium heat. On the one side is browned, turn over, reduce fire to minimum, cover with a lid and stew until ready (depends on your meat, quickly prepared chicken, beef long). Gravy I did the hedgehogs no, only added a little water towards the end to watering, so delicious turned out )))
