Meat balls in mushroom gravy
Offer you a very simple and delicious recipe of beef meatballs. Very fragrant, soft and juicy meatballs will delight both adults and younger members of your family. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Chicken egg

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Greens

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

    100 ml

  • Flour

Figure pre-boil. I cooked in a rice cooker and used the Jasmine rice from TM "Mistral".

Onions and greens finely chop, grind garlic in chesnokodavilke. Put in a bowl the mince, onion, garlic, herbs and rice.

Now prepare the gravy. For this finely chop the onion, mushrooms cut into plates. Put in a deep pan, add some oil, close the lid and simmer on low heat until the liquid is evaporated.
