Pancake Red velvet
Red velvet pancakes. I want to offer another variant on the theme of "Red velvet". Thin and delicate pancake with creamy vanilla custard will appeal to both adults and children.

  • Powdered sugar

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Baking powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Yogurt

    0.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Extract

    0.5 tsp

  • The food dye

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream cheese

    110 g

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    3 tsp

  • Extract

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

For pancakes Red velvet will use vegetable oil TM "generous gift", as in dough and for frying.

Mix all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients: yogurt, vegetable oil TM "Oleyna", egg, vinegar, vanilla extract and food coloring.

With a mixer or whisk, beat the wet ingredients. Combine the slurry with the dry ingredients and bring everything to a smooth consistency.

Pan grease with vegetable oil TM "generous gift" of pancake and fry on one side until bubbles Peavine and matte surface, turn over and fry the other side on medium heat. About 2 minutes on each side.

Prepare the cream. Cream cheese (room temperature) whisk sour cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. The cream should not rusticate, so the amount of cream should be adjusted depending on its density.
