Carp fried stuffed
Offer to cook carp with vegetables. Actually, I always make this dish on the grill, but this time I had to bake it in the oven. Of course "no haze", but still very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Carp

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • The mixture of peppers

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 coup

Cooking

Prepare the products. Clean and wash the fish.

Prepare the marinade for the fish : mix 1 tbsp seasoning "Mixture of peppers" and 5 tbsp of soy sauce.

With this mixture RUB the carp inside and water outside. Leave for 1 hour.

Chop the vegetables. First and foremost, cut into julienne eggplant and fill it with cold slightly salted water. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Then cut the rest of the vegetables, carrots three on a grater.

In a deep pan pour oil, put onion, carrot and bell pepper. Fry for 5 minutes. Then add eggplants and fry for another 5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Mix well. Turn off the heat.

To vegetable mixture add the chopped tomato and herbs. Mix well. Let cool a bit. Filling for carp ready. Lay the stuffing in the belly of the carp.

Stuffed carp spread on a baking tray lined with foil. Make incisions on the fish. Spread the remaining stuffing around the fish. Close foil. Put bake in a heated oven. Bake for 1 hour at 150-170 degrees. 10 minutes before end of baking open the foil.

Carp is served with boiled rice or boiled potatoes, but can do without them.
