Fish meatballs in a bean sauce
The third week is the Christmas post. In the days when you can fish, I offer you a fish meatballs. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    1 piece

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Sweet white wine

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

The salmon fillet to scroll in a meat grinder + cabbage + 1 onion. Season with salt and pepper, add the rice, mix thoroughly.

Form for baking grease with vegetable oil. To form meatballs.

To make the sauce: Beans together with the liquid using a blender to grind into a puree. Add onions + carrots fried in vegetable oil. Then add a glass of wine.

In the resulting sauce add salt, lemon juice.

Sauce pour the meatballs and send in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes.
