Meat that melts in your mouth with sauteed potatoes and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    250 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Chili

  • Rosemary

  • Ginger

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • A bouillon cube

    1 piece

Tenderloin of kangaroo meat looks like this:

I cut the meat in small slices.

To the meat add: olive oil, garlic (2 cloves), chili pepper, ginger, rosemary, black pepper and salt. Mix everything and leave for a couple of hours.

Onions, carrots, celery and garlic fry. Salt, pepper.

Potatoes cut into pieces.

Put all in a pot, add water and 1 beef cube (bouillon). Simmer for about an hour.
