I understand that the season harvesting is in full swing? I want to add more to the collection of their recipes. This seasoning I'm doing the 4th year in a row. Love my husband and children eat in really small portions. One sorrow long standing, because it is all raw. But it does not matter! The main thing - to have time to enjoy the gifts of nature in the middle!

Ingredients

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    500 g

  • Garlic

    15 tooth

  • Coriander

    3 tsp

  • Fennel seeds

    2 tsp

  • Basil

    2 tsp

  • Walnuts

    10 piece

  • Salt

Here's a pepper I took for this adzhika. Pepper wash and cut the stem.

Pour the warm water for 3 hours.

While the pepper "otmokaet", grind spices in a coffee grinder.

After bathing pepper along with the garlic and nuts skip twice through a meat grinder. Caution!!! Very sharp! It is better to work with gloves on.

Add the spices and salt and stir. It would be better all this splendor grind in a mortar, but... laziness...

Spread into clean jars. I have such quantity of pepper turned out one jar 0.4 l and one, incomplete -0,2 L. Stored in the refrigerator.
