Soup-Warsaw
A very unusual combination of meat and mushrooms. First encountered this recipe. Was very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    100 g

  • Offal

    100 g

  • Sausage

    50 g

  • Mushrooms

    30 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    40 g

  • Celery root

    0.66 piece

  • Beets

    100 g

  • Fennel

  • Marjoram

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

  • Greens

  • Water

    2 l

Cooking

To prepare the products. Meat and giblets rinse and finely chop. Mushrooms soak about a half liter of warm water. Onions clear.

Meat put in a saucepan and cover with cold water. To put to cook.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and leek, celery and sausage. Swollen mushrooms is removed from the water (infusion to maintain) and also cut into pieces.

When the meat is ready, add to the pan the mushrooms and the water in which they soaked. To continue cooking.

In a pan heat the oil and fry the onions to light it will turn brown.

Add leeks and sausage.

Add diced celery.

All together, saute until soft.

Prepared vegetables to put in soup. Add the fennel seeds and marjoram, season with salt and cook until tender.

Boiled beets, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Add the beets into the boiling soup, again to bring it to a boil and immediately turn off the heat. Cover soup with a lid and let stand for 10 minutes.

Serve the soup with sour cream, sprinkle with herbs.
