Soup
Today I want to treat You to a delicious, almost soup diet. For those who are fasting, this soup is a godsend. Sometimes I add finely chopped and fried ham. For the idea thanks to Julia Pepper. The soup I altered to suit your tastes.

Ingredients

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    1 can

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

Potatoes cut into strips.

Cut onion finely

Garlic pass through the press

Heat 100 ml oil and over high heat, stirring constantly fry the potatoes until Golden brown. With a slotted spoon take out the potatoes on a plate and remove while in the side.

Pour oil in which you fried the potatoes, leaving 2-3 tbsp in this oil fry the garlic until Golden brown.

Add to sauteed garlic carrots and onions. Fry over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In boiling salted water, drop the fried potatoes, bring to a boil.

Add fried garlic, onions and carrots, stir, bring to a boil. Cook for 2-3 min.

Add canned peas with liquid. Stir. Bring to vigorous boil and immediately turn off the fire.

Add chopped greens (I dill+parsley in equal parts), close the lid and allow to infuse the soup for about 10 minutes.
