Lately, I like baking dough. Today I tried a recipe from the French cuisine - rolls with custard cream. Very much even anything!

Cooking
Proceed to test. Each hostess your recipe. I did: mixed the yeast and sugar in warm milk, left for 15 minutes so the yeast has dissolved. Added proteins, soft butter, salt and flour. Stir. Put in a warm place for 1 hour. (I went even faster because I put it in a warm oven).
While the dough is 1 hour, I cooked the cream in France it is called cream patisier, but, in fact, it is our native custard. Lightly beat 2 egg yolks with the sugar, added 20 grams of flour, pour hot milk, stirring occasionally. Then in a saucepan put on the fire and cook the cream until thick.
When the dough has risen, roll it out not too thinly, brush with cold cream.
Slice the roll with a thickness of 1-2 cm. I was not able to cut exactly, but it's not scary!
Set aside the buns for another 40 min before lifting.
Bake in a preheated 180 deg. the oven for about 30-40 min. before Browning.
