Zucchini cut into slices not very thick. Put in a pan with vegetable oil and sprinkle with crushed red pepper. Fry the zucchini on both sides and put in a bowl.
Cilantro finely chop and grind in a mortar with salt. Mix the mayonnaise/sour cream with garlic skip through the press. Add seasoning, Khmeli-suneli and herbs from the mortar. Mix thoroughly. On lettuce put the slices of zucchini and top liberally with our sauce.
