Green sauce with eggs and potato pancakes
The verdure sauce, sour cream and red caviar is very fast to cook and perfect to potato pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Dill

    30 g

  • Parsley

    30 g

  • Green onions

    20 g

  • Mustard

    0.75 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Caviar

    5 tsp

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking
