Remove seeds and stems. Shred into strips.
Peel the onion, cut into half rings.
Chili pepper cut into pieces.
Black pepper grind in a mortar or Paramecium through the mill.
In tomato juice (you can cook by yourself, but such feats are not enough, I took the store from a trusted manufacturer) add salt, sugar, vinegar (I use Apple), vegetable oil. Mix well and bring to a boil.
Fill the pepper. Cook stirring occasionally.
Until then, until the pepper softens and settles.
Add the chili pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add black pepper and onion. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Ready salad spread on sterilized banks and preserve.
Leave to otstavat Baikov under a blanket for a day!
