Pepper Bulgarian or my version Lecho
Recipe found in the magazine "Love to cook" called: "Pepper in Bulgarian". Husband calls the judges preservation: "Lecho&q uot;. The recipe, tested for years. Slightly sweet, moderately salty, sour and spicy. Try it, maybe you'll like it.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    40 piece

    1 kg

  • Tomato juice

    2 l

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Black pepper

Remove seeds and stems. Shred into strips.

In tomato juice (you can cook by yourself, but such feats are not enough, I took the store from a trusted manufacturer) add salt, sugar, vinegar (I use Apple), vegetable oil. Mix well and bring to a boil.
