Canned onions with tomatoes
This salad is a snack I tried from a friend. And immediately made the same appetizer for the winter! Bow turns as if marinated, not cooked or even crispy! Very tasty, try it!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1.5 kg

  • Tomato

    3 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar essence

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    300 g

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

Cooking

Ripe tomatoes, chop the easy way, I scrolled through a meat grinder.

Onions cut into thin half-rings.

In tomato mass, add the sugar, salt, chopped greens, butter. Boil for 10 minutes.

Add essence, onion, ground black pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.

Decomposed into hot jars, tighten, wrap until cool.

Such a blank can be used as a gravy-sauce for meat dishes and post to any garnish. I got 7 hundred gram jars. Bon appetit!
