This amazing recipe belongs to my mother. She loves to cook meat dishes and when I found out that there is a contest from the company the Most, then my mom decided to experiment with jam from this company. Jam with blackcurrant flavor added to the meat an interesting new taste. Our family was pleased with the result:-)

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

  • Jam

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Ketchup

  • Parsley

Cooking

To prepare the dough from flour, water, salt and black pepper.

Next, prepare the filling: simmer ground beef with carrots and onions, add salt and black pepper. (Finely chop the onion and carrot on a small grater). When the meat has cooled slightly, add the egg and stir.

Add a little jam "black currant" and stir. The stuffing is ready.

Roll the dough to a thickness of 5mm. Cut into rectangles.

On the edge of the rectangle put a bit of filling and a collapsible roll.

Mix egg with milk, add a little bit of salt. Roll to dip into the mixture and into breadcrumbs.

Rolls fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

Form for baking lay foil, lay out the rolls in the form and on the surface of the rolls to distribute the ketchup. Cover form foil to our spring rolls were poparilis and become juicy. Put in oven for 10 min.
