Stuffed cubes
Here's a simple idea came to my mind to do exactly in this form, stuffed zucchini, and I want to tell you that this is a simple recipe, quick to cook it, the taste is just crazy, and all thanks to the juices, which made the filling. I advise everyone to prepare this dish.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Pomegranate juice

    150 ml

  • Berry sauce

    100 ml

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

Let's start with the zucchini: wash, cut into very thin strips

Fry in olive oil

In parallel, in another pan, make filling: pour olive oil, chopped onion sauté

Add the garlic, pour the juice and add sugar, to boil

Add the beef, season with salt and pepper, add hot pepper, cook until cooked meat

At the end add the chopped herbs and pine nuts.

Ready strips of zucchini put into the form

Then 2 tablespoons of the filling, close and put in oven for ten minutes

Remove from oven, gently place on a plate, turning the form on a plate. Garnish with greens. You can prepare a sauce made of goat's yoghurt with coriander and dill, finely chopped. Pour over sauce and serve. BON APPETIT.
