Meatball with cheese stuffing
Hearty recipe takes a long time. Perfect for mashed potatoes and rice.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    450 g

  • Bread

    3 slice

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Parsley

  • Mushrooms

    6 piece

Three slices of white bread put in the oven for 5 minutes.

Put the mince, add the garlic, salt, pepper and egg.

Fry the onion for a few minutes, sprinkle with salt and perch.
