Prepare the ingredients for stuffed cabbage: beef, cabbage, rice, salt, spices, carrots, onion, egg. Boil the rice.

Put in a baking dish and top with the sauce (it can be diluted with water). Bake at 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Meanwhile, boil the buckwheat. Cabbage rolls can be eaten to eat, and no extra garnish, as you already have rice, but my whole family is very fond of buckwheat.
