Salad
Tasty, simple, hearty, but not heavy salad. Perfect for cold autumn and winter days, combining a variety of flavors: the sweetness of the pumpkin to a nice saltiness of the feta and ostrinski pepper and garlic.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • Figure

    60 g

  • Cabbage

    100 g

  • Feta

    60 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Boil the rice in salted water until cooked according to the instructions.

Pumpkin peel and seeds, cut into slices. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

The cooled pumpkin and cut into small cubes.

Cabbage to chop and feta cut into small cubes.

Make a dressing: mix 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar and chopped garlic.

Mix all ingredients, season.
